Gunslinger - all single shot one-handed weapons. As long as its single shot and held in two hands.Ĭommando affects all weapons that will fire for as long as you hold down the trigger. Rifleman affects all *single shot, two-handed ranged weapons* - regardless of type. Am I missing a wiki page or something? If anyone has any idea I would like to know which of the weapon perks effect which weapons(if at all)other than the obvious ballistic versions, thanks. For instance, it's pretty obvious the "Rifleman" perk will increase my "ballistic" type ammo sniper rifle but what about shotguns, or energy weapons for that matter? I've seen plenty of people who give their opinions on what they "think" is correct but as far as I've seen no hard evidence. This would bring them in line with the explosive heavy weapons for mechanics (heavies get two perks) and make the mingun not suck so badly. Gatling Laser's damage should be nerfed and both gatling Laser and Mini gun should be affected by Heavy and Automatic.

Minigun, Gatling Laser, Broadside, Flamer -> Heavy Missle Launcher, Fat Man -> Heavy AND Explosives (cumulative) Includes the 15 explosive damage on some legendaries
